Eastertide: The Germination of the Buried Seed

Every Sunday is the Lord's Day, the day of Resurrection. But in Easter season, which coincides with
Spring in the Northern Hemisphere, we intensify our interest in life emerging from the ground. We
rejoice in sprouting seeds, and we nurture Christ's new life in ourselves and in our communities of faith.
Above all, we strive to wrap our minds and lives around the meaning of Jesus' resurrection, the seed
that comes to life and does not die.
